30 Day Returns

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations statutory law, we offer a 30 day return service if you are at all unhappy with your purchase.  Items must be returned in an as new,  saleable condition with labels intact and a refund or replacement will be offered.  Please email us on queries@lowcostluggage.co.uk to arrange.  Any carriage incurred will be at your own cost.  We recommend you use an insured courier service or recorded postal delivery.

Faulty Goods

After the 30 day return period, faulty items can still be returned under the manufacturer’s warranty guidelines.  Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by overloading, mishandling in transit or airline damage.

www.lowcostluggage.co.uk recommends that you examine your luggage very carefully before leaving any airport.  Mishandling is not covered by guarantees.

If damage has occurred whilst in transit, the carrier or service provider concerned are responsible and a claim should be filed with the airline or their representative before leaving the terminal building.

If a set has been purchased and a fault occurs on one item, we reserve the right to offer a refund pro rata for that piece only.

In the unfortunate event that you have a fault with one of the items, in the first instance please email us at customerservices@lowcostluggage.co.uk attaching a digital photograph of the fault.


Measurements are provided to us by the manufacturer's and do not include handles and wheels unless otherwise stated.


Every effort is made to reproduce images of the goods faithfully, however there may be slight discrepancies due to the limitations of colour matching in photography, browser software or monitors.
